Prices are in USD and do not include taxes (calculated at checkout).
5. Order Acceptance & Rejection
By placing an order, you offer to purchase items at the stated price. We have the right to:
- Accept or reject any order, in whole or in part, for any reason
- Cancel orders we reasonably believe violate our policies
- Verify customer information and identity
- Refuse service to customers who violate these terms
6. Order Modifications & Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase by contacting us immediately at contact@thefittedstash.co. After 1 hour, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be modified or cancelled.
7. Payment Terms
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay
- All prices are in USD
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the order amount
- You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method
- Payment is processed by Whop, a third-party payment processor
- Your card information is never stored on our servers

Any disputes regarding orders or transactions will be handled by our customer service team. We attempt to resolve all disputes amicably. For unresolved disputes, you agree to binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
